Se pone en conocimiento del demandado, la nulidad saneable derivada del hecho de no haber sido notificado del auto que admitió la tutela, para este efecto se comisionó al Juzgado competente, a quien advirtieron que en caso de no demostrar la debida notificación del fallo de tutela al actor, para lo que se le otorgará un término de cinco días, posteriores a la notificación de esta providencia, se declarará la nulidad insaneable de lo actuado a partir del fallo.

- Primero. PONER EN CONOCIMIENTO del demandado, la nulidad saneable derivada del hecho de no haber sido notificado del auto que admitió la tutela, para que, si a bien lo tiene, la alegue dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la notificación de este auto, advirtiéndole que si no lo hace, quedará saneada y el proceso continuará su curso. Para este efecto, COMISIONASE al Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Palmira.
- Segundo. ADVIERTASE al Juzgado

Laboral del Circuito de Palmira, que en caso de no demostrar la debida notificación del fallo de tutela al actor, para lo que se le otorgará un término de cinco (5) días, posteriores a la notificación de esta providencia, se declarará la nulidad insaneable de lo actuado a partir del fallo.
